The project consist of:

  • defining the attraction zones for existing or perspective shops
  • analyses of the attraction zones (sociodemography, purchase power, customer potential, retail sales)
  • analyses of competitors
  • recognising the market potential of the zones

AIM of this project is to present a complex view on competitive environment in given attraction zone. Based on this information you will be able to consider the ROI, you will better know your target area and will be able to predict the sales.
